About RapidApply
What this is
Before an employer can sponsor most employment-based green cards, U.S. law (20 CFR 656.17) requires it to test the labor market: it must advertise the job — a 30-day state job-bank order, two Sunday newspaper ads, and other steps — and consider U.S. workers who apply. These ads are real, open jobs, but they are scattered, terse, and often ask for applications by mail. RapidApply finds them while they are live, shows the employer's application instructions verbatim, and helps a qualified applicant send a careful, truthful application — one job at a time, only with the applicant's explicit approval.
What this is not
RapidApply does not apply on anyone's behalf without their per-application approval, never invents or embellishes credentials, and does not target any employer or any individual's case. Apply only to jobs you genuinely want, and respond promptly if the employer contacts you.
