Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting exhibits hallmark PERM characteristics: it specifies the employer (Goldman Sachs), exact worksite (New York, New York), precise educational requirement ("Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field"), and exact experience requirement ("two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role" with detailed prior employment specifications including specific software tools and transaction types). The terse, form-like structure and detailed technical requirements align with PERM labor-market-test advertising rather than typical corporate recruiting marketing.
