Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting explicitly states exact requirements: 'Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field' and 'two (2) years of experience in the position offered or two (2) years as an Associate, Analyst, or a closely related occupation' plus detailed technical skills requirements. It names the specific employer (Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc.) and worksite (New York, New York), and uses the form-like PERM language 'Employer will accept 3-year or 4-year Bachelor's degree' and 'or a closely related occupation,' which are hallmarks of PERM labor certification advertisements.
