Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting names the employer (Amazon.com Services LLC), specific location (New York, NY), exact degree requirement ('Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Digital Arts, Digital Video Production, or a related field'), and precise experience requirement ('three years of experience in the job offered or related occupation' plus six named specific skills). The formal, requirement-focused structure with 'All applicants must meet all the above listed requirements' and the instruction to 'apply via Amazon's internal or external careers site' are characteristic of PERM labor certification advertisements.
