Why we think this is a PERM ad (85% confidence): The posting names the specific employer (Arup US, Inc.) and worksite (New York, NY), states exact minimum requirements including "Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field of study plus three (3) years of experience" with specific technical competencies, and instructs applicants to "Email resume to ArupUSinc_mobility@arup.com or mail resume to Arup, Attn: HR" with a specific reference code "MP10042971NY." While the posting includes benefits and salary information (which can appear in PERM ads), the combination of precise degree/experience requirements, specific worksite, employer name, and formal submission instructions with job code strongly indicates a PERM labor-market-test advertisement.
