Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting specifies exact requirements: 'Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field plus at least three (3) years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator, or a related IT position.' It names the employer (Moody's Shared Services, Inc.), specific worksite (7 World Trade Center, New York, NY with telecommuting permitted), and uses form-like language typical of PERM labor-market-test advertisements. The detailed, rigid requirement structure with 'or foreign equivalent' and the list of specific technical skills match PERM ad formatting.
