Why we think this is a PERM ad (85% confidence): The posting names the specific employer and worksite (Nova Logistics Corp., Cleveland, OH), states exact minimum requirements ("Commercial Driver's License (CDL) -- Class A and a minimum of two years of experience as a Truck driver"), and directs applicants to mail a resume to a specific address. The terse, form-like format with minimal company culture or benefits information is consistent with PERM labor certification advertising requirements.
