PE firms, inv. firms, intl banks, net lease REITs, developers in transactions incl. acqs, sales, mortgage financings, mezz. financings, bridge loan financings, constr. loan financings, JVs, loan purchases &amp; assumptions, bank &amp; bond transactions. Prepare primary transaction docs, incl. purchase &amp; sale agrs, JV agrs, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, operating leases. Review terms &amp; conds of financing documentation w/ mortgage &amp; mezzanine lenders, incl. terms &amp; conds of loan agrs, mortgages, guaranties, promissory notes, cash mgmt. agrs. Prepare terms &amp; conds of commercial leases &amp; subleases. Oversee real estate diligence processes.
