Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting names the employer (SUNRUN INC.) and specific worksite (Lehi, UT, with telecommuting permitted), states exact minimum requirements ('Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electronics Engineering' and '5 y. exp. as a Software Developer' with a specific list of required technologies), and uses the terse, form-like structure typical of PERM advertisements without benefits or company-culture language.
