Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): This posting exhibits core PERM characteristics: it names the employer (Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai) and specific worksite (New York, NY); states exact minimum requirements including specific degree level, exact residency and fellowship durations with detailed clinical-training specifications ("four-year residency in Emergency Medicine, plus two-year fellowship in Critical Care Medicine"); and instructs applicants to email a resume to a named contact with a job reference number ("#9026573"). The highly detailed, requirements-focused format and application instructions (email with reference number) are typical of PERM labor-certification advertisements rather than ordinary recruiting posts.
