Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): This posting contains the hallmarks of a PERM advertisement: it names the employer (Kirkland & Ellis LLP), specifies the exact worksite (San Francisco, CA), states exact minimum requirements (JD or LLM or foreign equivalent, CA bar admission, 5 years of specific experience with detailed duties), and directs applicants to email a resume to a company email with a job reference code. The terse, requirement-heavy format and specific experience inclusions ('Exp. must incl.:') are characteristic of PERM labor-market-test ads.
