multiple openings

For the position of Senior Software Developer and Software Developer. Full-time - 40 hrs/week. M-F. Job Location: Plano, Texas. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Job Duties and the requirements are available upon request. Mail resumes to HR at Isteer Inc., 5717 Legacy Drive, Suite 250, Plano, Texas 75024 Or Email Resumes to isteer_hr_us@isteer.com.

Why we think this is a PERM ad (85% confidence): The ad names the employer (Isteer Inc.), specifies exact job titles and location (Plano, Texas), states full-time hours (40 hrs/week), and provides two methods to submit resumes (mail to named HR contact with address, or email to specific HR address). The phrase 'Job Duties and the requirements are available upon request' is typical of PERM newspaper ads, which are permitted to omit detailed requirements in print due to space constraints (20 CFR 656.17(f)). The form-like structure, authorization requirement, and direct application instructions are consistent with PERM ads, though the use of 'multiple openings' slightly reduces confidence as it could indicate general recruiting rather than a specific certified position.
