Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): This posting contains multiple hallmark PERM labor certification markers: it names the employer (Amazon.com Services LLC) and specific worksite (Monee, IL), states exact minimum requirements including "Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Technology, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field and 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management," specifies precise years of experience required for five distinct job functions ("3 years of experience in logistics," "2 years of experience in Microsoft Office," etc.), and directs applicants to "apply via Amazon's internal or external careers site" with a job code (AMZ13082.8). The terse, requirement-focused format with little marketing language is consistent with PERM advertising.
