Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): This posting contains the hallmark PERM ad features: specific employer (Varadero Capital, L.P.) and worksite (New York, NY), exact minimum requirements including "Masters degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, or Economics" and multiple specific experience requirements stated as "12 months of experience" in defined areas ("CLO cash flow analysis," "scenario analysis, relative value analysis, default/prepayment modeling, and Monte Carlo simulation," etc.), and instructions to "Reply to rcohen@varaderocapital.com" with a resume. The terse, requirement-focused format with little company culture or benefits copy (beyond salary/hours) further supports PERM classification.
