Job Description: Develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software. Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems for the leadership team. Develop a deep understanding of peer and competitor positioning as well as the emerging crypto landscape to inform recommendations. Define clear hypotheses to identify new opportunities, and build business cases and quantitative models that will inform and influence our strategy. Use data and insight to define changes, design experiments, and implement those changes across our products. Solve complex problems and build scalable processes. Contribute to improving capabilities by enhancing existing processes. Telecommuting permitted. Job Requirements: Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Economics, or in a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a business strategy-related occupation.Special Requirements: Position requires experience, knowledge or coursework in each of the following skills:1\. Developing OKRs with stakeholders and tracking performance using dashboards and utilizing tools including Superset or Excel; 2\. Analyzing large sets of data and synthesizing into actionable insights or recommendations;3\. Building financial and growth models in Excel to support key strategic decisions;4\. Conducting competitive market scans and competitor deep dives for new product areas;5\. Developing and maintaining dashboards using visualization tools including Tableau or PowerBI;6\. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather actionable insights for strategic decision making. Employment and background checks may be required.
