Computer Systems Analysts/Agile Systems Analyst

Coordinate Agile meetings, track user stories, and support software delivery activities. Gather system requirements and assist with software testing and release tracking. Maintain functional specifications, workflow documentation, and issue tracking records. Support deployment coordination and communication between development, QA, and operations teams.

Require a Bachelors degree /any foreign equivalency in Computer Science/Commerce/Business Admin/Management/Engineering(any)C.I.S. or equivalent, plus 2 years of progressively responsible experience.

The employee's relocation is contingent on client needs. The frequency of the relocation as well is unknown, and it purely depends on the client's requirements. There is no National or International Travel involved in this position.

Computer Systems Analysts

Analyze business and technical requirements to support ServiceNow platform solutions and enterprise system integrations. Evaluate data flow between ServiceNow and enterprise systems including Active Directory, Jira, and SAP. Coordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance processes for ServiceNow implementations. Assess and support monitoring solutions including Splunk integration and reporting capabilities. Analyze system connectivity requirements using REST, SOAP, and file-based integrations while supporting web technologies including HTML and JavaScript.

Requires a Bachelors degree or any foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science/Business Admin /Engineering (any), C.I.S. or equivalent, plus five years of progressively responsible experience.
