Store Manager: Build a healthy business and a healthy culture within their cafes. Ensure the operational needs of the cafe are met, while also supporting, and providing leadership to the team members of the cafe. Work with and develop a team of baristas to provide the exceptional customer service and quality coffee experience that Ground Central has built its reputation on. Coach baristas to improve drink preparation skills. Work collaboratively with the company trainer to ensure that all employees are bar trained up to Ground Centrals beverage standards. Follow all DOHMH protocols and meet cleanliness standards. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Create any relevant checklists to ensure the proper maintenance and wellbeing of the cafe. Work with daily cash, POS system, update cash banking document and review weekly sales with the management team. Build sales consistently and deliberately. Manage controllable costs skillfully and effectively. Job Requirements: High School/GED or foreign equivalent and 24 months of experience Barista or Food service or closely related field required.
