Research, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning models supporting Anteriors healthcare technology platform. Design and implement scalable data pipelines, distributed systems, and model evaluation frameworks to support the training, optimization, and deployment of large language models and clinical reasoning systems. Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams to translate advanced AI research into reliable, production-ready healthcare solutions that improve operational efficiency and clinical decision-making. *In person required.* Requirements: Employer will accept a bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or an AI research and machine learning-related occupation. Any amount of experience in the additional requirements below will be acceptable unless a specific amount is noted. Academic background or work experience to include: 1) Adapting ML/AI research into production systems, including reproducing techniques from literature and evaluating them on domain-specific tasks; 2) Machine learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised methods, model evaluation, and statistical analysis; 3) Data pipeline design and machine learning infrastructure; 4) Post-training of language models, including reinforcement learning and instruction tuning; 5) Designing and building agent systems with large language models; and, 6) Python, Golang, or Rust programming.
