Cost Manager
VVA Drees &amp; Sommer LLC — New York, NY

Cost Manager (New York, NY): Prepare proj. cost estimates &amp; budgets. Review &amp; negotiate change orders &amp; contractor payment applications. Conduct final acct reconciliations, cost audits &amp; peer reviews at closeout. Update historical cost data to improve future cost forecasting accuracy. 

Salary: $131,830/yr.
