Electrical Estimator & Drafter
TOP NOTCH ELECTRIC INC. — Long Island City, NY

* Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical and construction projects, including materials, labor, schedules, and regulatory requirements. * Review and analyze technical documentation (plans, specifications, drawings) to ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards. * Coordinate projects from planning through execution, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. * Manage project budgets and schedules, monitor expenditure, and prepare financial reports for management. * Negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors to secure optimal quality and contractual compliance. * Implement legal and technical compliance strategies, including payroll, insurance, and tax documentation. * Enhance project processes using software tools and data management systems.
