Associate Vice President, Security Engineering, (New York, NY)Duties: Architect and lead a data security program, with engineering and implementation support from others on the cybersecurity engineering team. Design, build, and maintain a secure environment that optimally enables our business needs while reducing risk and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Investigate environment to understand business needs and technical constraints. Document data and technical security control objective, design, implementation, and maintenance. Recommend iterative improvements to environment and processes. Deliver projects on time and within budget.Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or a related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in cybersecurity. Experience must include: Designing and implementing data protection solutions in production and non-production environments to prevent data exposure and data breach; Utilizing data security, Cloud Security, Architecture and Engineering tools and platforms including Protegrity 7.2.1, Thales Vormetric, Imperva SecureSphere, Imperva Sonar, IBM Guardium, Jave/J2EE, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, Oracle 12C/18C, MS SQL, RHEL 7.X, MS Windows, AWS EC2, S3, IAM Policy and Roles, RDS, EBS/EFS, KMS, JIRA, Eclipses, and SQL Developer.
