Lead- Software Engineering -Index Development w/ The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (New York, NY). Review system requirements and business processes. Code, test, debug, implement and maintain software solutions for more complex assignments. Design, develop, modify, adapt and implement short- and long-term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure. Subject Matter expert (SME) work with Cloud platform team and communicating persuasively. Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Ensure essential procedures are followed based on in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines. Leverage strategic priorities to determine how to achieve results. Network with key contacts outside own area. Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or in a related field and 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Advisor or in a similar role, designing, architecting and developing cloud computing technologies in the financial or banking sector. Experience must include: Using AWS cloud solutions and Databricks data engineering technologies; Working with Amazon web services technologies like EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, DMS, Lambda, EKS Kubernetes cluster and Docker Containers, Gitlab CI/CD pipeline; Using Hashicorp Terraform, Nexus Sonatype, Python, Prisma Scan, Splunk logging, Datadog monitoring systems and Implementing Databricks application infrastructure (including Data pipeline, Workflow, Jobs).Salary range: $136,660 - $191,000Resumes to usimmigration@nasdaq.com, Ref. code: LSEIDNY6316.
