Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting specifies exact minimum requirements including "Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and five (5) years of experience" with detailed breakdowns of required experience in specific technologies ("five (5) years with each of the following: building infrastructure in a Microservice based architecture using Docker and Kubernetes", "three (3) years of architecting, implementing, and managing monitoring tools", "two (2) years of Java Virtual Machine (JVM) configuration"). It includes an alternative qualification pathway ("In lieu of a Bachelors degree employer will accept two (2) years of designing, building and managing...") and is sourced from SWA, which is a hallmark of PERM recruitment advertising.
