Why we think this is a PERM ad (85% confidence): The posting explicitly states 'Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent' and '10 years of experience in a data leadership or data transformation-related role,' with telecommuting and travel terms specified. However, it lacks clear instructions for applicants to submit resumes to a specific contact, job code, or application method, and includes marketing-style language about thought leadership and industry events that suggests this may be a regular recruitment posting rather than a strict PERM advertisement.
