Legal Analyst
Gordex Corp. — Woodhaven, NY

Perform advanced legal research, statutory analysis, and regulatory compliance evaluation supporting corporate transactional activities. Draft corporate documentation, vendor agreements, and internal compliance policies. Analyze comparative legal frameworks and contractual structures. Prepare legal memoranda, analytical briefs, compliance reports, and risk assessments. Monitor applicable legal and regulatory developments affecting corporate operations.

Minimum requirement: Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, or a foreign equivalent degree, in Law, plus documented academic coursework or training in Commonwealth/Caribbean comparative legal systems and contract structures.

Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting names a specific employer (Gordex Corp.) and worksite (Woodhaven, NY), states an exact minimum degree requirement ('Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, or a foreign equivalent degree, in Law'), and specifies specialized coursework ('documented academic coursework or training in Commonwealth/Caribbean comparative legal systems and contract structures'). This precise, form-like specification of requirements and the 'foreign equivalent' language are hallmarks of PERM labor-certification advertisements.
