Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting names the employer (Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc.) and specific worksite (1 Applied Plaza Cleveland, OH 44115), states exact minimum requirements including a Bachelor's degree in a specific field and precisely three years of experience "as SAP Consultant, SAP ABAP Consultant, Technical Consultant, or related role," plus detailed experience requirements in specific SAP modules, and includes the phrase "or foreign equivalent"—all hallmarks of a PERM labor certification advertisement.
