Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting specifies exact minimum requirements ('5 years of experience in job offered or related' plus specific Ford certifications), names the employer and specific worksite (500 10th Avenue S., Great Falls, MT), and directs applicants to email a resume to a named contact (RChristensen@bisonford.com). The terse, form-like structure and minimal marketing language are consistent with PERM labor certification advertisements.
