Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting specifies exact minimum requirements: 'Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent' and '1 year of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any engineering related job titles' with five specific required competencies (SPACE SPC tools, FMEA, Corrective Action Specifications, Semiconductor equipment, DOE, and Tool matching). The terse, form-like structure with precise qualification statements and the SWA source type are characteristic of PERM labor certification advertisements.
