Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting contains hallmark PERM ad elements: a specific employer (Amazon.com Services LLC) and worksite (Bellevue, WA), exact minimum requirements including "Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree" in specified fields "and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation," and specific required skills with exact timeframes ("one year of experience"). The form-like structure, precise job code (AMZ24040.1), and instruction that "applicants should apply via Amazon's internal or external careers site" further confirm PERM labor-market-test advertising format.
