Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting specifies exact minimum requirements ('Master's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering'), names employer and worksite ('Kennedy International Software Inc — Metuchen, NJ and various unanticipated locations'), includes a requisition ID ('DE842'), and directs applicants to email a resume to a specific address ('hr@kennedysoft.com'). The terse, form-like structure with exact credentials and application instructions are characteristic of PERM labor-certification advertisements.
