Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting specifies an exact minimum requirement ('Master's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required'), names the employer and specific worksite with language about 'various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.', includes a requisition ID (SD722), and directs applicants to submit resumes to a specific email address (hr@kennedysoft.com)—all hallmarks of a PERM labor-market-test advertisement.
