Why we think this is a PERM ad (85% confidence): The posting exhibits key PERM markers: it names the employer and specific worksite (Metuchen, NJ with "various unanticipated locations"), states an exact minimum requirement ("Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Biotechnology Engineering"), includes a requisition ID (QE609), and directs applicants to email a resume to hr@kennedysoft.com. The terse, form-like structure with technical requirements and specific application instructions is consistent with PERM labor-certification advertising.
