Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting contains hallmark PERM characteristics: exact employer name and worksite (Hamilton, NJ with unanticipated client locations), precise minimum requirements ('BS in Comp sci, eng or rel w/ 5 yrs of exp'), specific salary amount, and instructions to 'Mail resumes to Unisoft Solutions LLC' at a named address with application email provided. The form-like structure and terse format with minimal benefits description are consistent with PERM labor-market-test advertising requirements.
