Why we think this is a PERM ad (95% confidence): This posting exhibits key PERM advertisement characteristics: it names the employer (MEMX LLC) and specific worksite (New York, NY with telecommuting permitted in named states), states exact minimum requirements including "Masters Degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematical Finance, or Operations Research and Information Engineering, plus two years of experience in the offered position," and provides specific instructions to "E-mail rsum to: Ali Nowka, careers@memx.com." The detailed enumeration of required experience (AI solutions, Python libraries, groovy programming, etc.) and the terse, form-like presentation without benefits or company culture language are consistent with PERM labor certification advertisements.
