Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting names the specific employer (Aslan Appliance Repair Inc.), worksite (367 S. Rohlwing Rd, Addison, IL), and states exact minimum requirements: "two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position" with five specific skill areas each requiring two years.
