Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting specifies exact requirements: 'Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Cognitive Science/Psychology, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Engineering Design Innovation, or related field plus 6 months of experience in the offered position or closely related occupation.' It names the employer (KitchenAid Global LLC), specific worksite (1800 Paw Paw Avenue, Benton Harbor, MI 49022), and uses standard PERM language ('or foreign equivalent', 'in the offered position or closely related occupation'). The posting is terse and form-like, lacking typical recruitment marketing content about company culture or benefits.
