Molding Automation Engineer

Molding Automation Engineer wanted by packaging solutions company in Congers, NY. Responsible for installation, diagnostic repairs of machines, robotics/automation; Monitor equipment performance; perform product/equipment investigations, report non-conformities; Audit equipment processes/logs for issues; Improve, optimize, implement processes; train personnel in regards to machine set-up, start-up, robot/vision system programing, material handling, improvements; Provide expertise in Plastics Field Equipment and Rubber Manufacturing utilizing electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic diagnosis; Manage phases for tooling and sharpening (FAT, SAT, Validation support); Examine, measure molded goods. Wage range $114,843 to $140,363. Requires: Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering or closely related and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Service Engineer using Multimeter, grease pump, torque wrenches, caliper measuring tool, ServoRobot, Cognex In-sight and Pilz software.
