Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): This posting exhibits multiple hallmark PERM labor certification characteristics: it names the specific employer (Amazon.com Services LLC) and worksite (Bellevue, WA); states exact minimum requirements including degree level/field ('Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field') and precise years of experience ('3 year(s) of experience in the job offered or a related occupation'); lists specific required experience components with exact durations ('Must have 3 year(s) of experience in the following'); includes 'foreign equivalent' language; and instructs applicants to 'apply via Amazon's internal or external careers site' with a job reference number (AMZ15458.4). The structured, requirements-focused format and explicit experience specifications are characteristic of PERM advertising rather than typical corporate recruiting posts.
