Job Description: Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, services, or products. Drive strategy and operations for company's crypto-as-a-service platform, including payments, trading, wallets, and stablecoins. Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems for the leadership team. Develop a deep understanding of our peer and competitor positioning as well as the emerging crypto and stablecoin landscape to inform recommendations. Define clear hypotheses to identify new opportunities and build business cases and quantitative models that will inform and influence our strategy. Use data and insight to define changes, design experiments, and implement those changes across our products. Act as connective tissue between the Platform organization and key cross-functional partners across Product, GTM, FP&A, and Data Science. Own discrete stable coin and payments strategy projects end-to-end, including competitive positioning, pricing and revenue models, and growth analyses. Co-own the BizOps operating rhythm, including QBR planning, board deck inputs, and OKR tracking. Solve complex problems and build scalable processes. Contribute to improving capabilities by enhancing existing processes. Telecommuting permitted. Job Requirements: Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Business Operations or in a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a business-related occupation.Special Requirements: Position requires experience, knowledge or coursework in each of the following skills:1\. Strategic problem structuring and business analysis, including defining hypotheses, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and translating complex, ambiguous problems into executive-ready recommendations;2\. Financial modeling and business case development, including building multi-scenario models and quantitative frameworks to evaluate growth opportunities and inform investment decisions;3\. Data analysis using tools such as SQL, Excel, Hex/Superset including extracting and synthesizing large datasets, designing experiments, and deriving actionable insights to drive business decisions;4\. Cross-functional program management, including owning end-to-end workstreams across product, finance, and go-to-market teams, and tracking portfolio effectiveness against strategic objectives;5\. Digital asset, stablecoin, and cryptocurrency market knowledge, including understanding of infrastructure products, market positioning, and competitive dynamics within crypto and payments ecosystems; 6\. Corporate strategy and management consulting frameworks, including issue-tree analysis, market sizing, and competitor benchmarking, as developed through consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology environments; and7\. Executive communication and stakeholder management, including designing presentations and strategic narratives to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across business units.Employment and background checks may be required.
