Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting contains hallmark PERM ad language: exact minimum requirements including 'Three or Four year Bachelor degree in Physics, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent' and '6 years of experience in job offered or any Process Engineering related job titles' with detailed enumerated experience criteria. The posting names the specific employer (GlobalFoundries), worksite (Malta, NY), and uses formal, terse language typical of PERM advertisements rather than marketing-style recruitment copy.
