Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): The posting specifies exact minimum requirements: 'Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role' OR 'Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or a related field and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role,' with detailed enumerated skills required. It names the employer (Goldman Sachs & Company) and specific worksite (New York, NY), though it lacks explicit application instructions typical of PERM ads, the formal structure with degree-field-experience matching and 'or foreign equivalent' language are strong PERM indicators.
