Why we think this is a PERM ad (92% confidence): This posting contains key PERM indicators: specific employer (Amazon.com Services LLC) and worksite (New York, NY); exact minimum requirements stating 'A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Tax, Finance or related field and 5 year(s) of experience in the job offered or a related occupation'; and numbered specific experience requirements (tax/finance field, large public accounting firm or multinational corporate tax department, Microsoft Office advanced level). The form-like structure with 'All applicants must meet all the above listed requirements' and reference to applying via 'Amazon's internal or external careers site' further supports PERM classification, though the job description narrative is somewhat less terse than typical PERM ads.
